Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling or WhatsApp-ing us with your order number.

Damaged or wrong product

Being a food product, we do not accept returns of opened packs. If you receive a damaged, expired or wrong product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund the amount.

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
